My initial goal when I came to Fitness Together was losing weight and improving my breathing. My aerobic capacity had declined to where I have trouble breathing while walking up stairs. I realize I have a long way to go but have made very positive strides. I can breathe much easier going up stairs and I am dropping weight and inches. I am very nervous around other people so the private training rooms are very nice. Fitness Together is wonderful! They make me feel at home and I am very comfortable there.
